Woooo first day of school has already destroyed my room.

20 paintings due in 2.5 weeks. Decided to stick with exploring my feelings with Asian identity, but maybe I’ll try and focus on “cute culture,” as Trina called it the other day. Same sort of exoticism stuff. Cuter aesthetic?

Anyway, went to Home Depot and bought some random surfaces to paint on. Was testing a few. Trying to figure out what painting feels like again. I think I’m going to do the 20 on cardboard boxes because I feel like I escaped the box of internalized racism, but am still stuck on the box and am not sure where to go. I really need to make time to see a psychologist at school before I graduate and can’t afford it anymore.
